About Us

This Website is maintained by DKT India, a society existing under the Societies and Registration Act, 1860, having its office at Hem-Dil, 2^nd Floor, 67-A, Linking Road, Santacruz (West), Mumbai 400054, Maharashtra, India, along with its affiliates (referred as “DKT India”).

DKT India was established in 1992, and its primary objective is to expand access to contraceptives, medical preparations, and family planning services through social marketing throughout the country. DKT India intends to bring healthy sex education, knowledge, and awareness to all sections of society, more importantly to the rural parts of the country. DKT India operates pan India and leads one of the biggest contraceptive-social marketing programs to educate the youth regarding a healthy reproductive system. The publication of this Website is in furtherance to the above-mentioned campaign of spreading healthy sex education and safe sex habits amongst the citizens. Disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, fora, and applicable authorities in Mumbai, India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai, India.

Assignment

This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, shall not be transferred or assigned by You, but may be assigned by DKT India without restriction.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and DKT India's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Notice

All notices and communications shall be in writing, in English and shall be deemed given (a) if delivered personally or by commercial messenger or courier service or mailed by registered or certified post (return receipt requested) to the Grievance Office, details of which are mentioned below.

Notice shall be deemed to have been served 48 hours after it has been sent, dispatched, or displayed, as the case may be, unless, where notice has been sent by e-mail, it comes to the knowledge of the sending party that the e-mail address is invalid.

Modification

DKT India reserves the right to update, change, modify, or delete any of the terms mentioned herein, in whole or part, at any time and or may suspend any part of the Website for support or maintenance work without notice. You agree to review this Agreement time and again as your continued use of this Website constitutes an acceptance of any and all revised terms and conditions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DKT India and its affiliates, officers and consultants harmless from any and all claims, expenses, demands or damages, whether direct or indirect, including reasonable attorney fees or other loss arising out of Your use of the Website.
